Welcome to our Year 4 page!

Our Year 4 cohort is made up of five classes: Acer, Fern, Lime, Palm and Pine.

Welcome back to school! We can't wait to get started this term. 

This half term, we will be learning about the Romans in History, we will be learning about States of Matter in Science and we will be starting our weekly Strings lessons in Music. 

As it is the start of a new year, please ensure that your child is reading 4 times a week and is filling in their organiser, practising their times tables and learning their spellings. Please ensure that all school uniform and belongings are labelled clearly. Children must bring their own (named) water bottle as we'd like to avoid wasting plastic cups. 

On this page, you will be able to find weekly spellings for the current half-term and optional homework. Please read our curriculum newsletter which has lots of extra information on it about the term and all of the new PE/homework changes.
