Our Year 2 cohort is made up of five classes: Dolphins, Penguins, Seals, Turtles and Whales.  

The teachers are as follows:

Whales - Mrs Chilton and Mrs Deyzel

Turtles - Mrs Langley

Seals - Mrs Stirling

Penguins - Miss Hunt

Dolphins - Mrs Bonella and Mrs Frost.

Below is the Year 2 Curriculum Newsletter which outlines our learning for this term.  

We would like to encourage you to read with your child as often as possible.  They will bring home a reading book and a 'Borrowed Book' for you to share together or with other family members.

When their reading is recorded in their diary 4 times or more a week, they get a sticker and it also adds to the total count for the whole class.  Every Friday in Wow Assembly, the class with the highest number wins 'Moonlight' for a week - our lovely reading owl.  Who will win this week?
